    Book your drop-off

    We confirm your date, and full payment secures your drop-off time.

    We stage the home

    Delivery, setup and styling are included. You get three full months of staging.

    We pick it up

    Once you're under contract or done, we schedule pickup. No extra fees.

Questions, answered

Will my rooms look exactly like the photos?

Packages vary, and no two are identical. Items listed are examples and may vary based on availability, room size and layout. Every set follows the same transitional style, a timeless and neutral mix of traditional and modern pieces. We use pre-loved furniture and décor, so pieces may show normal signs of wear.

Is delivery included?

Yes. Delivery, setup and pickup are included. If your total is under $1,000, a $100 delivery fee applies. We deliver to almost every location in Colorado.

What if my home doesn't sell in 3 months?

Each additional month is 35% of your original package price. Many companies start charging after 30 days, at up to 75% per month.

When is payment due?

The full package amount is due to secure your drop-off time. Pay by Venmo or Zelle to hello@thestaginggenius.com and save 3%.

Can I return items or get a refund?

All sales are final. If you're not happy with a piece, we can provide replacement furniture for an added fee. Just reach out.
